Jaclyn’s expertise is in envisioning, planning, and managing well-executed events, while focusing on engaging experiences for corporate, experiential and several other types of events. She is a valued business partner skilled at streamlining processes and implementing value added tools to maximize efficiency, improve communication, and meet deliverables.
Jaclyn has worked with high-end clients across many industries – ranging from banking (both traditional and crypto currency) to healthcare, sports, entertainment and everything in between. Prior to forming PlanMeAway, Jaclyn held various positions at ESPN, Six Flags, Dick Clark Productions, and Julien’s Auctions.
Extremely organized, resourceful and calm under pressure, Jaclyn’s expertise with client management, vendor management, budgeting, and timelines, combined with a versatile approach to meet client needs, has provided the foundation for her to produce elements at large-scale events, such as the ESPYS, Miss Universe, and the American Music Awards. She has also managed various experiential pop-ups, multi-day conferences, executive roadshows and many other notable events and productions.
