Jaclyn Sobel has over 20 years experience in event production and business operations, specializing in corporate events and production management. She has held various positions at ESPN, Six Flags, Dick Clark Productions, and Julien’s Auctions, primarily focused on overseeing operations, productions, and client services. Extremely organized, resourceful and calm under pressure, Jaclyn’s expertise with client management, vendor management, budgeting, and timelines, combined with a versatile approach to meet client needs, has provided the foundation for her to produce elements at large-scale events, such as the ESPYS, Miss Universe, and the American Music Awards. She has also managed various experiential pop-ups, multi-day conferences, executive roadshows and many other notable events and productions.
In addition to her event and production work, Jaclyn has extensive experience as an office administrator, where her business and organizational savvy contributed to the successful management of day-to-day operations at numerous companies. Often reporting directly to the CEO, Jaclyn’s responsibilities included managing daily office operations, administering onboarding procedures, updating company handbooks, emergency action plans, Travel & Expense policies; implementing office security system(s), and coordinating corporate office moves.
